Another natural antiseptic is apple cider vinegar. Like lemon juice, it has high levels of acid that will remove bacteria from your mouth and help it heal. Unlike the lemons, however, apple cider vinegar is safe for daily use if diluted with water. You can mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with water in the morning and at night. The antiseptic will begin working immediately to help your mouth feel and taste fresher.
